AUTO FIRE ALARM AT EXXON

Stations 8 and 18 (Nelson) were dispatched to an automatic fire alarm at the Exxon on Route 49 in Lawrence
Township. Engine 8-3 with a crew of 5 and Chief 8 (Strange) responded. C8 arrived and reported nothing showing and requested
a recall with the exception of E8-3. E8-3 arrived and checked over the area with nothing found.
HELICOPTER ASSIST AT SOUTH OVERLOOK

Station 8 was dispatched to assist LifeNet 7-7 and Valley Ambulance at the South Overlook LZ. Engine 8-3
with a crew of 5 and Chief 8-10 (Scott) responded. Units arrived and set up the LZ and awaited EMS and the helicopter. Crews
Assisted with loading the patient and cleared shortly after.
AUTO FIRE ALARM AT A CHURCH
09/18/12 2052hrs
This evening, the alert for Box 8-02 on Franklin Street for the report of an automatic fire alarm. Engine
8-3 responded with a crew of 5 and was notified that Lawrenceville Borough PD was on scene reporting an accidental trip. E8-3
continued to confirm and all other units were cancelled.
POSSIBLE STRUCTURE FIRE 09/16/12 2034hrs Station 8 was alerted to a structure fire this evening on the Welty
Road in the Town of Lindley. Engine 8-3 with a crew of 5 responded. Enroute, all units were recalled per Lindley Chief 26
(McFall) as the fire was a large camp fire behind the residence.
PATROL & CREW STANDBY AT SHOOT

Patrol 8-4 and crew stoodby today at Jim Farr's gun shoot that he holds at his residence. The crew was on
location for EMS and fire standby. The crew enjoyed the day without incident. Thanks to the Farr's for their donation and
continued support of the LFD.
MUTUAL AID MVC IN LINDLEY

Station 8 was dispatched this afternoon to a rollover crash on the Welty Road in the Town of Lindley. Engine
8-2 responded with 3. Chief 26-01 (Hill) arrived and reported the patient self extricated and requested a recall for E8-2
at 1321 hours.
MVC IN ROUTE 15 CONSTRUCTION
09/12/12 0303hrs
Lindley Fire and Station 8 were alerted this morning for a tractor trailer MVC in the construction zone
on Route 15 near the Presho exit. Engine 8-2, Squad 8-18, and Ambulance 8-7 all responded. Lindley Command reported no entrapment
or injury and requested a recall of all 8's units.
FIRE IN THE FIELD

09/11/12 1434hrs
Stations 8 and 18 (Nelson) were dispatched to the Bottom Hill Road in Farmington Twp for a wildfire. Chief
18-20 reported visible smoke while enroute to the scene. Engine 8-3 with 4, Patrol 8-4 with 2, and Squad 8-18 with 3
all responded. Upon arrival, Sq8-18 and P8-4 went into the field and Engine 8-3 staged along the road and deployed the deck
gun for attack. Units quickly brought the fire under control with P18-4 and cleared the scene at 1511 hours.

Stations 8 and 18 (Nelson) were dispatched to the Exxon near the Route 15/49 interchange in Lawrence Township
for the report of an automatic fire alarm. Engine 8-3 with 4 and Squad 8-18 with 2 responded. Upon arrival, crews were notified
by staff of an accidental trip. All units went available at 1408 hours.
STORM DAMAGE WITH TREES DOWN
09/07/12 0159hrs
Station 8 was alerted early this morning for a non emergency response for a tree down on Main Street in
Lawrenceville Borough. Engine 8-3 with 5, Patrol 8-4, and Squad 8-18 all responded. Upon arrival, E8-3s crew quickly cleared
the roadway. While operating there, 911 notified of additional trees down on the Buckwheat Hollow Road in the township. Squad
8-18 responded to that area and cleared the roadway. All units returned to quarters at 0241 hours.
