VEHICLE CRASH IN THE BOROUGH

12/26/11 1929hrs
Station 8 was alerted for a vehicle crash at the intersection of Route 287 & Route 49 in Lawrenceville
Borough. Engine 8-2 (C820) with 3, Squad 8-18 (C810) with 4, Ambulance 8-6 (C860), and C870 all responded. Chief
8-20 arrived and reported 2 vehicles in the roadway with possibly no injuries. Squad and EMS arrived and setup traffic control
and checked for injuries. Units awaited on scene for the arrival of PSP and the tow services. All units cleared at 2011 hours.
CRASH AT ROUTE 49 & BIRCH HILL RD

12/23/11 0624hrs
Stations 8 and 18 (Nelson) were dispatched near the intersection of Route 49 and Birch Hill
Road in Lawrence Township for a vehicle crash with possibly no injuries. Squad 8-18 (C8), Engine 8-2, and Ambulance 8-6 all
responded. Chief 8 arrived and reported 2 vehicles with the roadway blocked by 1 and confirmed no injuries. E8-2 setup traffic
control. Station 18 was cancelled and units remained on scene to assist PSP and the tow services.
MUTUAL AID WORKER WITH F02






12/20/11 1331hrs
Stations 8, 1(Wellsboro), 4 (Blossburg) and 7(Tioga) were dispatched with tanker assignments this
early afternoon to assist Station 2 (Mansfield) at a working fire on the Korb Road in Richmond Township. Engine 8-3 (C810) with
5 and Chief 8 (Strange) responded. As units arrived, they were staged at the intersection with the Kellytown Road. Due to
limited room, tankers had to backup to the fire scene in reverse for almost 1 mile to the fire scene. E8-3's crew was able
to get a ride to the fire scene from staging. At the scene. Crews worked with fire suppression and overhaul at the structure.
E8-3 later stood by at Station 2 for approximately 45 minuties while L2-9 cleared the scene. E8-3 went available at 1745 hours.
CAR ON ITS SIDE

12/10/11 1148hrs
Station 8 was dispatched with Lindley Fire Department to the River Road in Lindley, NY. Engine 8-2 (C810)
with 3 and Ambulance 8-6 with 2 responded. Chief 26-02 (Johnson) arrived and reported a vehicle on its side with possibly
no injuries. E8-2 and A8-6 went on scene and set up traffic control and checked over the patients. LFD units returned to quarters
at 1221 hours.
TRUCK CRASH WITH INJURY IN LINDLEY
12/08/11 0321hrs
Station 8 was alerted to assist Lindley FD at a vehicle off the roadway with one injury on Tannery Creek
Road in the Town of Lindley, NY. Engine 8-2 (C8) with 3 responded. Lindley E89 and Chief 26-01 (Hill) arrived and requested
a recall of E8-2 due to negative entrapment at 0329 hours.
AUTO FIRE ALARM AT HEAD START
12/05/11 1230hrs
Station 8 was dispatched to the Bradford-Tioga Head Start building for an auto fire alarm this afternoon.
Chief 8-30 (Windows) responded and was advised by 911 communications that it was a faulty alarm. C8-30 continued to investigate
and issued a recall for F08.
TRUCK OFF ROAD IN LINDLEY


12/05/11 0124hrs
Station 8 was alerted with Lindley Fire Department for a single vehicle crash on Route 15 near the Presho
exit. Engine 8-2 with 3, Squad 8-18, and Ambulance 8-6 all responded. E8-2 arrived and was notified by Chief 26 (Mcfall) that
the patient was self extricated and Station 8 could be recalled. E8-2 and Squad 8-18 staged on scene and returned at 0211
hours.

Station 8 was alerted to a vehicle crash on Route 287 in Lawrence Township this afternoon. Engine 8-2 (C810,
Cpt8, & Cpt810), Ambulance 8-6, and Ambulance 8-7 all responded. E8-2 arrived and reported a vehicle blocking the roadway.
Further assesment found 2 BLS injuries and A8-6's crew handled. E8-2's crew assisted with patient packaging and traffic control.
Units operated on scene to assist PSP and Wheelers towing and returned to quarters at 1537 hours.
CHIMNEY FIRE WITH EXTENSION



12/01/11 1412hrs
Station 8 was dispatched to assist Caton Fire Department this afternoon for the report of a fire near a
wood stove in a residence. Engine 8-3 (C810) with 5, Squad 8-18 (C8) with 3 responded, and Ambulance 8-6 responded. Sq8-18
with the squad arrived and reported a smoke condition visable from the exterior. Caton's engine arrived and went to work searching
for the fire which had worked its way into the rafters. E8-3's crew joined and checked with the TIC and preformed overhaul
and extinguished hot spots. All units cleared at 1512 hours.
