Station 8 was dispatched for a reported barn fire on Wilston Ln in Middlebury Township. Engine 8-3 with
a crew of 5 with C8-10 and Squad 8-18 with a crew of 4 with C8-20 responded. Upon arrival, E8-3 was staged as a tanker and
a crew of 4 from both units was assigned to the fire scene. All station 8 units cleard at 0105 hours.
VEHICLE CRASH INJURES 2

04/26/10 1614hrs
Station 8 was dispatched this afternoon for a 3 vehicle crash on Route 15 in Lindley, NY. Engine 8-3 with
a crew of 3 with C8-10, A8-6 with a crew of 2, C8-20, and C8-30 all responded. Upon arrival it was found that a passenger
car, pickup truck, and tractor trailer were all involved. The crews from Station 8 assisted with packaging the patients for
Rural Metro Ambulance. All units returned at 1701hours.

04/18/10 1532hrs
Station 8 was alerted this afternoon to a mutual aid structure fire on the Steamtown Road in Lindley, NY.
Reports from Chief 26 (Lindley/ Mcfall) was reporting a working fire in a residence. Engine 8-3 with a crew of five with C8
(Strange) and C810 (Scott) and Engine 8-2 with two responded. Upon arrival of E8-3, the crew went to work as the interior
team and advanced a line into the rear of the structure with a crew from Caton. E8-2 went into operation as a tanker. Crews
from Lindley, Caton, Gang Mills, Lawrenceville and Tioga all operated at the scene while a crew from Station 18
(Nelson) stoodby at Station 8. Crews from 8 operated on scene until returning at 1804 hours.
TRACTOR TRAILER ROLLOVER

04/16/10 1132hrs
Station 8 was dispatched with Stations 12 (Millerton) and 13 (Daggett) to Route 328 in Jackson Township
for a tractor trailer rollover, off the roadway near Trowbridge Station. Engine 8-2 with a crew of 3 with Chief 8 (Strange),
Ambulance 8-7 with 3 with EMS Chief 8-60 (Button), and Chief 8-10 (Scott) all responded. Chief 12 (Draper) reported that the
operator was self extricated with BLS injuries. E8-2 and Chief 8-10 were assigned to assist with traffic control while A8-7
assisted Erway Ambulance with assessing the patient. All Station 8 units cleared at 1210 hours.
SMOKE SHOP AUTOMATIC ALARM
04/11/10 1312hrs
Station 8 was dispatched to Box 8-02, Main Street in Lawrenceville Borough at Smoking Joes
for an Automatic Alarm. EMS Chief 8-70 (Rotsell) and Chief 8-10 (Scott) arrived to detemine that the alarm
was an accidental trip. All units were recalled.

04/07/10 1741hrs
Engine 8-3 was dispatched this evening to a mutual aid structure fire on State Route 417 in the Town of
Tuscarora, NY. Engine 8-3 responded with a crew of 5 with Chief 8-10 (Scott) and Chief 8-20 (Ransom). Engine 8-3 was due as
a tanker but arrived and was staged. Manpower went to work and was assigned by Operations to assist in the C-side of the structure
with overhaul. The crew worked for approximately 1 hour and was returned to quarters.

04/04/10 1027hrs
Station 8 and 18 (Nelson) were dispatched to a wildfire on the Heater Hill Road in Lawrence Township this
morning. Chief 18 (Mclean) arrived and reported a small wildfire working into the woods. Patrol 8-4 with Chief 8-10, Engine
8-3 with a crew of 5, and Squad 8-18 all responded. Station 18 responded with a brush unit, tanker, and engine. The patrols
went to work in the field working the fire line while the other crews went to work in the woods to dig a fire line and
extinguish hot spots. Crews worked for just under an hour to get the fire under control which grew to just over 1 acre. All
units cleared the scene at 1227 hours.
MOTORCYCLE & TRACTOR MVC

04/02/10 1740hrs
Station 8 was dispatched this evening for a motorcycle crash at the intersection of the Buckwheat Hollow
Road and Route 287 in Lawrence Township. Crews at Station 8 were alerted by a passer-by prior to the dispatch and stood by
at the station while Chief 8-10 (Scott) proceeded to the scene to investigate. Upon arrival of C8-10, the call was being dispatched
and it was reported as a motorcycle and farm tractor with 1 injury. Lawrenceville Ambulance 8-7, A8-6, Squad 8-18 with
a crew of 5, Chief 8-20 (Ransom), and Chief 8-30 (Windows) all responded. Upon arrival of EMS, both patients were assessed
and the squad assisted on scene with other activities.
